The Partner Loss Support Group is an informal ACT based group of bereaved people who meet to provide mutual grief and loss support following the death of a partner or spouse. This is peer support group not facilitated by a health professional.

The group meets socially for lunch once per month.

There is no obligation to attend every monthly meeting. You can opt in and out as you need.

The aim of the group is to:

Provide a safe space to allow grief to be expressed freely

To provide comfort, reassurance and normalise the individual experience of grief

To share coping strategies and provide encouragement as members come to terms with the loss

To provide input and shared ownership of the groups continuation
